Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping fee is:

Standard Shipping: $6.65 per order

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. If any different shipping option is offered, its cost and applicable terms will be shown during checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after placement and successful payment confirmation.

Order processing includes order review, preparation, and fulfillment arrangements. Processing time does not include the time required for the carrier to deliver your package.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Transit Time

After an order has been dispatched, standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days.

The estimated total timeframe, including processing and transit, is approximately 6–10 business days.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped and tracking information is available, a shipping notification may be provided.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address, apartment or unit number, ZIP code, and contact information are correct before completing checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at hello@clayform.us. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges or delivery complications caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Delivery estimates may be affected by severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other unexpected circumstances.

If your package appears delayed or tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact hello@clayform.us. Include your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking details.
